The ballistic nylon outer and a choice of either 300g or 450g fill means that the heavy weight Konabo™ PRO turnout rugs are probably one of the toughest and warmest turnout rugs on the market.
Both the Total PRO and the Extreme PRO come with a removable neck cover and two Hy-Liners™ included in the price. Attention to details such as elastic inserts in the surcingles, a storm tail flap, large stainless steel clips and removable leg straps ensure that Konabo™ PRO rugs are of the highest standard.
The Hy-Liners™ offer the flexibility to add additional warmth should you need it – all in one rug. Professional riders and livery yards are also benefiting from the Hy-Liner™ system – there is now no need to use a cotton sheet or under blanket. As well as reducing the risk of cross-infection, it also reduces the amount of rugs each horse needs to wear, saving time and giving the horse the freedom to move.
The Natural PRO turnout rug, planned for early Spring 2013 has a 1200d ballistic nylon outer and no fill therefore making it suitable for all seasons and all horses. It is as strong as all the other PRO turnout rugs and by teaming it with one of the optional quilted Hy-Liners™ the Natural PRO can be customised to have no fill, 100g, 200g or 300g fill thereby making it one of the most flexible rugs on the market. The rug can be changed to suit the weather simply by changing the zip in/zip out Hy-Liner™.
